Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Addix Apparel™! We aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and ensure all products are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.

Item Orders: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be packed and shipped out to you. Please note, these numbers may vary due to high demand of orders. 

Pre Order Items: Please allow up to 14-28 days for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes. Our pre-order windows typically close on Fridays for that week's batch. Please note that it will be clearly indicated on the product if it is a pre-order item.

International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes or duties imposed by your countries customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. 

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of the Courier, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filling a claim with the Courier to recover your lost package.
